7 days - Women's only small group wellness tour in Finland's North
Rest. Recharge. Reconnect.
Surrounded by the snowy silence of Finnish Lapland, our “Women’s Wellness Retreat in Finland” is a chance to slow down and tune into yourself, nature, and to a community of like-minded women. Nestled in the heart of Ruka, at the serene and stylish House of Northern Senses, this retreat is a blend of relaxation, adventure, cultural experiences and the soul-soothing power of the Arctic wild. With crisp air, daily sauna rituals, gentle movement, and the northern lights dancing overhead, this is the kind of reset that lingers long after you return home.
Designed for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat offers a carefully curated blend of yoga, mindfulness and unique Arctic experiences like river floating, husky safari, northern lights gazing and snowshoeing through silent forests. It's perfect for friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, or anyone longing to press pause and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way. With your own 50 Degrees North Tour Leader and a small group atmosphere, you're in excellent hands from the moment you arrive.
Guiding your yoga practice is Hege Norman-Stormbringer, a passionate and inspiring teacher from Lillehammer, Norway. Hege brings a deeply holistic approach, with over 700 hours of yoga training across Ashtanga, yin, trapeze, and breathwork. She’s also an accomplished author, with more than 20 published works. For Hege, yoga is more than movement, it’s a way of living from the heart, rooted in presence and joy. Her warmth, wisdom, and sense of calm infuse every session, making this retreat as grounding as it is transformative.
*Please note: Due to the intimate size of the House of Northern Senses, single occupancy of rooms is not available on this retreat. However, if you’re traveling solo and open to sharing a twin room with another like-minded guest, please let us know and we will do our best to make this happen. *
