    Day 1 - Arrive Reykjavik.

Private transfer from Keflavik International Airport to your hotel where you will meet our local guide. He will give you the best tips on what to do and see in Reykjavik and Iceland. After settling in, the afternoon and evening is yours to explore the compact & vibrant city centre with its abundance of museums, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. If you're interested in checking out Icelandic design or experiencing the city's thriving coffee culture, head to the main street, Laugavegur, and enjoy its various shops and cosy cafes. Be sure to check out the Harp Opera house on the harbour.

We also suggest a visit to the Aurora Reykjavik Museum in the heart of downtown. It is Iceland's first educational and recreational Northern Lights Centre where multimedia is used to explain when, why and how the Northern Lights work, with the highlights being large HD projection of the Auroras.

Day 2 - Round trip day tour visiting the Geysir Hot Spring, Hvammsvík geothermal sea baths, Gullfoss Waterfall, Þingvellir National Park and dairy farm lunch

Day small group tour to the Golden Circle region. You will be picked up by small minivan (max 14 travellers) from your hotel - Þingvellir National Park, home of Iceland’s ancient Viking parliament and listed as a UNESCO’s World Heritage site will be our first stop. There you will take a walk to experience firsthand the geological phenomenon that is the Mid-Atlantic ridge.

While you are in Iceland, there is a “must do” to try all the authentic Iceland has to offer. You get the chance to visit an Icelandic dairy farm and enjoy what Icelander’s call, "Made in satin”. That means enjoying food and products which the farmers make with their own hands.

After lunch, head to the Geysir blow hole and then the Gullfoss waterfall. Then it is your chance to bathe in one of Iceland’s hot springs, the new Hvammsvík geothermal sea baths. These are luxury geothermal sea baths located in Hvalfjörður (whale fjord) and there you get the most stunning view while relaxing both mind and body. Return to Reykjavik in the late afternoon.

Day 3 - South Coast Highlights: Skógafoss Waterfall, Seljalandsfoss Waterfall, Reynisfjara Black Beach and Sólheimajökull Glacier Hike

On this 11-12 hour Iceland South Coast small group tour (max. 10 travellers) you will be picked up from your hotel between 07:30 and 08:00. Seljalandsfoss waterfall is the first stop, with a walking trail that leads behind it. On sunny days you can see a beautiful rainbow and if you are lucky, a unicorn sliding down. Then, straight up, Skógafoss waterfall is the second stop.

Then it is time to go glacier hiking on the Sólheimajökull Glacier. Walking on a glacier with Iceland’s most powerful volcano lying underneath it is a surreal experience. On top of it you will get hot chocolate and an Icelandic pastry.

Reynisfjara or Black Sand Beach is the last stop before heading to the Viking lodge. This is where Game of thrones was filmed and this is where the troll is out in the ocean towing 3 mast ship to shore. This is where you see the famous beautiful basaltic rocks in the mountain.

Be sure to carry warm clothing, rain gear and good shoes.

Often referred to as the "capital" of the north, Akureyri is by far the largest town in the north of Iceland and it's the second largest urban area in Iceland with a population little less than 20,000. Located only 60 kilometres from the Arctic circle, the mountains in the area are often capped with snow year round.

For the next two nights you'll be staying at the comfortable hotel right in the town's centre.

The Lake Mývatn area is considered by many to be the most beautiful and, at the same time, the most catastrophic place in Iceland. Discover the magical wonderland of Lake Myvatn with an experienced local tour guide including all the top attractions and the Myvatn Nature Baths. This tour is unique in that you also visit the amazing Dettifoss waterfall, the most powerful waterfall in Europe featured in films such as Promethius. Game of Thrones filming locations including Höfði where the North of the wall was filmed and Star Wars filming location are also visited.

You will stop along the way for lunch (not included) and we recommend bringing good walking shoes, bathing suit and towel (can be rented), water bottle and warm clothing in winter time.
