Northern Lights & Arctic Adventures in Greenland

Upon arrival at Nuuk Airport, transfer by shared shuttle to your hotel and settle in before beginning your Greenland adventure.

Explore landmarks including the Parliament, colonial harbour, and scenic waterfront boardwalk, while learning about local life and Greenlandic traditions. The tour concludes at a picturesque viewpoint overlooking Nuuk's colourful historic houses and the iconic Sermitsiaq mountain.

Start the day with an invigorating hike through the pristine winter landscape surrounding Nuuk. From September to October, this experience is a 3-hour guided hike, while from November to March it becomes a 2-hour snowshoe adventure across sparkling Arctic terrain.

In the evening, embark on a Northern Lights Boat Tour for a chance to witness the Aurora Borealis dancing across the Arctic sky from the water, a truly unforgettable experience.

Meals

Today, venture deep into Nuuk's spectacular Icefjord on a scenic winter cruise, where the landscape transforms throughout the season. Early winter conditions may allow the boat to travel close to the glacier front, while later in the season the fjord can become covered in vast expanses of sea ice and drifting icebergs. Cruising past Qoornoq and further into the fjord, you'll encounter an ever-changing world of ice in remarkable shapes and shades of blue and white. The tour is operated on a modern vessel featuring a heated cabin, comfortable indoor seating, and outdoor viewing decks, providing excellent opportunities to admire Greenland's breathtaking Arctic scenery.

In the evening, join a Northern Lights Tour by car for another chance to see the Aurora. Venture beyond Nuuk's city lights in a comfortable vehicle in search of the magical Northern Lights. Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, travel to some of the area's best viewing locations and enjoy the peaceful Arctic landscape under the night sky.
