Cycling along the Flåmsdalen Valley.
Bike the tail end of the popular cycling path Rallarvegen Road (also known as the Navy Road) through the Flåmsdalen Valley. From the town centre, pedal alongside segments of the Flåmselva River, through picture-perfect valley villages (stop off at the wooden Flåm Church, dating to 1667), and past the Brekkefossen Waterfall. If you still have some energy, ride up to the 460-foot Rjoandefossen Waterfall for turnaround point and picnic spot. With minimal stops, the ride can be done in two hours round-trip. There is a bike rental shop based at the town centre, which offers 2-hour rentals from approx. $20. You can also do a pre-arranged bike tour if you would prefer to go with a guide.
